1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, signing a merchant agreement or using any Paysumo service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other agreement we enter into with you. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and not be subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit you from using payment services. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Services
Paysumo provides payment processing, merchant acquiring, local payment method aggregation, OTC conversion through SumoDesk and banking-as-a-service infrastructure through SumoBank. Specific services, pricing, settlement timing and limits are set out in your merchant agreement or order form.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your merchant agreement. We may change fees by giving notice as required by your agreement. You are responsible for all charges, taxes and amounts associated with your use of the services.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Paysumo services for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or for goods and services prohibited under our policies, scheme rules or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
7. Termination and suspension
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the merchant agreement. We may suspend or restrict access immediately if we believe there is a legal, regulatory, security or reputational risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paysumo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the period giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction specified in your merchant agreement. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with that agreement, including any arbitration or court provisions contained therein.
